RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


RETURN PROCESS
To return a UK item, place the item securely in its original packaging and register your return from the link below:
Follow the on screen instructions and we will send you a link to print you label.

Then just drop off your parcel at any of the numerous Collect Plus drop off points around the UK.

A small fee of £2.00 will be deducted from the value of the order to contribute to the cost of return and warehouse/refund process.

Should you decide to accept store credit rather than a refund the fee will be waived.

For all orders not covered by the paid for service, please return via your preferred method to the below address.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
EXCEPTIONS    
The following items cannot be returned: 
 
     ●     Items not packed in their original packaging.   
     ●     Items that have been worn.   
     ●     Items that were not purchased from the Jocee & Gee Store  
     ●     Items that are not as originally sold. (i.e. Missing parts, damaged)   
     ●     Any items not sent within the 30 day returns window.
