Order tracking

All orders are despatched using tracked services.

A tracking link will be sent to your registered email address upon collection from our warehouse facility by the relevant courier service.

Also, if you have provided us with a mobile number, a text will be sent to this device with the tracking details.

If you have registered an account with Jocee & Gee you can also track your item via the orders section of your customer dashboard.

Tracking information may also be obtained via the chat app that is located on the support and home pages.
